BLU Fest is an outdoor event. Please come prepared for inclement weather. The Festival will go ahead come rain or shine and BLU Label Hospitality will not issue refunds to any ticket holder as a result of inclement weather.

Please note that all BLU Fest line-up times, whether shown on your ticket, the BLU Fest website, or on social media, or in any BLU Fest magazine or on any other sign or location at the festival itself are approximate only. All BLU Fest acts, performers and artists are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice and may change due to circumstances outside of our control. No ticket refunds (including any refunds for the booking fee charge) will be issued by BLU Label Hospitality to anyone in the event of line-up or schedule changes.

Your BLU Fest tickets will be sent electronically to you at the email address you provided during the booking process and will be attached to the email in PDF format. The PDF attachment will contain one page for each ticket purchased. If you have successfully placed an order for BLU Fest tickets and require help with your booking or have any other BLU Fest ticket queries, please contact Platinum List on the following phone number +971 4 457 3212. You will not be allowed to enter BLU Fest without a valid ticket on the day. Please note that each BLU Fest ticket is unique and ticket(s) can be traced back to the ticket holder. Ticket holders are strictly forbidden to resell or to transfer their ticket(s) to others (including by way of a competition or promotion) and any tickets purchased outside of our official exclusive ticket seller, SEE Tickets, will become voidable and will not be accepted by BLU Label Hospitality. Any ticket holder of a re-sold or transferred or invalid ticket may be refused entry to or ejected from BLU Fest. All BLU Fest ticket refunds are at the discretion of Platinum List and refund requests will not be accepted. Entry to BLU Fest is at the sole discretion of BLU Label Hospitality and is strictly subject to capacity and safety controls of the BLU Fest staff and contractors. BLU Fest reserves the right to search the property of all festival attendees upon entry to the site. BLU Fest may refuse admission to or eject any person from the venue who refuses to be searched by a police officer or a steward. BLU Fest also reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove any persons from BLU Fest for any reason including anyone who it believes might be a risk to the safety of, or who may affect the enjoyment of others, or the running of BLU Fest or anyone who fails to comply with the instructions of our staff, stewards or anyone working at BLU Fest. Please note, you will not be permitted to bring any picnic furniture, fireworks, laser pens, smoke canisters, flags, poles or other similar articles into BLU Fest. Any such articles will be confiscated by the House Festival staff at the entrance and you may be refused entry.

By attending BLU Fest you consent to being in any interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording of the event and its/ their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on our websites, social media, or any other purpose as determined by BLU Label Hospitality and its affiliates and representatives. BLU Label Hospitality may use these images, photos and/or videos to promote similar BLU Fest events in the future, to highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of BLU Label Hospitality on social media or in other publications. You release BLU Label Hospitality, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings (“Materials”) and, you waive all rights you may have to inspect or approve such content along with any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these Materials, regardless of the purpose.

Please refrain from bringing any outside food or beverages to BLU Fest, unless medically necessary. The BLU Label Hospitality fair use policy applies to consumption of food and drink at the festival and BLU Label Hospitality reserves the right to refuse to supply any person. No alcohol shall be served at the festival. BLU Label Hospitality also reserves the right to ask any BLU Fest attendee to show a valid ID.

We want all our BLU Fest attendees to relax and enjoy the activities and facilities available at our event in safety. We ask that all attendees please observe the BLU Fest Rules and any signs published or displayed at the site at and to take reasonable precautions when travelling around the grounds or using the facilities at BLU Fest. If anyone has an accident or suffers any injury at, or in the vicinity of, the BLU Fest site, please report this as soon as possible to a member of staff and in any event within 24 hours of the incident. As well as wanting to check on a member, attendee or guest’s wellbeing, this information is needed in order to help us comply with our health and safety obligations and for insurance purposes. Please note that strobe lighting may be in use at BLU Fest. Please also be aware that there will be loud live music performances throughout the event and that exposure to loud music can cause injury to your hearing.

All BLU Fest attendees and guests are asked to respect our nearby residents by being quiet when entering or leaving the festival site or while in the surrounding area.

No animals will be allowed at BLU Fest.

No BLU Fest attendee shall use the names, logos, colours, trademarks, service marks, photographs, trade dress, or other identifying features of BLU Label Hospitality, BLU Fest and its affiliates (the “BLU Label Hospitality Marks”) without obtaining the specific prior written approval of BLU Label Hospitality as to the specific use. You hereby expressly recognise that the BLU Label Hospitality Marks are the valid, unique and exclusive property of BLU Label Hospitality, its parent, affiliates and/or subsidiaries. All BLU Fest attendees may not produce, use or create, or authorise others to produce, use or create, the BLU Label Hospitality Marks for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, in any communications, marketing, advertising or other promotional materials (including, but not limited to, brochures, flyers, invitations, e-mail messages, etc.) that utilize the BLU Label Hospitality Marks without BLU Label Hospitality’s prior written consent.

All items brought to BLU Fest are brought and left entirely at the risk of the attendee. BLU Label Hospitality, its servants and/or agents shall not be liable to any member or guest for any loss, injury or damage or suffered by them or their property (including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether BLU Label Hospitality had been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages) howsoever caused as a result of attending BLU Fest, save in respect of death or personal injury to a member or guest to the extent caused by the negligence of BLU Label Hospitality, its servants and/or agents. This is not intended to affect any mandatory rights which you may have under local law that we cannot legally restrict or exclude. In the event of any breach of any of these BLU Fest Rules, BLU Label Hospitality reserves the right to cancel the attendee’s ticket and /or remove them from BLU Fest and retain any money paid for it.

These rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with the UAE laws and each BLU Fest attendee agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE laws.

BLU Label Hospitality may change these BLU Fest Rules from time to time, by displaying notification of the change on www.blufest.ae
